Claudia Ayarzagoitia

Welcome to Claya Commercial Real Estate! I'm Claudia Ayarzagoitia, and I'm passionate about connecting businesses with the right spaces in South Texas. With years of experience in leasing, investments, and site selection, I founded Claya to bring a personal, local touch to commercial real estate.

Elda joins Claya Commercial Real Estate as an Associate Broker, bringing over 10 years of real estate experience, first becoming licensed in 2015. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from New Mexico State University. Though she has lived in several states, including New Mexico, Kansas, Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania, she is loving life in the valley and excited to call Texas her home.

Elda has worked across residential, land, and commercial transactions, and is focusing on Commercial Special Use Properties, such as Churches. Her diverse experience and dedication make her a strong partner for clients navigating unique real estate needs.

Outside of real estate, Elda is a proud mom of three beautiful children who keep her motivated every day. She enjoys staying active in her church community, singing, reading, spending time outdoors, traveling, and cherishing family moments.

Dr. Aidee Vasquez

Aidee brings a rare and powerful combination of experience across educational leadership, real estate, residential and commercial construction, and finance. As a school principal, licensed real estate professional, with hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction, and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), she offers a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of the communities, homes, and investments we serve.

Her construction background allows her to support clients well beyond the transaction; from lot selection and site planning for residential projects to early-stage planning, layout considerations, and coordination for commercial construction. This practical perspective aligns seamlessly with Claya's mission to support thoughtful growth and well-executed projects across South Texas.

In addition to her professional work, Aidee is deeply rooted in the community and committed to education, family, and creating opportunities that strengthen South Texas. Her leadership, work ethic, and ability to bridge education, housing, and commercial real estate made her a tremendous asset to our clients and our team.

Fabiola brings 8 years of real estate experience, is bilingual, and a proud University of Texas at Brownsville (UTB) graduate, with a Bachelor's in Bilingual Education (Spanish minor) and a Master's in Early Childhood Education. Her deep local roots and market knowledge make her a strong asset to our clients.

Fabiola will be working across commercial and residential transactions, while leading our residential services due to her extensive experience in that space. This role allows Claya to better support the workforce, families, and professionals relocating alongside the business growth we're seeing throughout South Texas.

While Claya remains firmly focused on commercial real estate, this role allows us to better serve the workforce that supports the businesses, investors, and developments we represent.

Outside of real estate, Fabiola is a proud mom of three, a dog lover, and teaches yoga in her free time, bringing balance, discipline, and care into everything she does.
